Ancient Egypt . . . For most people these words conjure images of massive temples, pyramids and tombs; with secret rituals invoking the power of Gods from another age. The world's oldest religious writings come from Egypt, yet few people understand the highly complex symbolism encompassed in this mysterious spiritual system. Akhet Hwt-Hrw is dedicated to the research, study and practice of this ancient legacy and the many esoteric disciplines which Egypt has inspired. This research has involved drawing upon the actual practices and teachings from Egypt, as revealed by temple inscriptions and papyrus texts, as well as the observations of respected Egyptologists and other academic sources. For more than a decade Akhet Hwt-Hrw has remained a consistent internet based resource for the transmission of this and related esoteric knowledge.
